For a three month rental, $7,800.00 is due 30 days prior to the date of possession, with
the balance ($3,900.00) for the remainder of the stay due thirty days after
the date of possession.
The security deposit is returned at day of departure, or, at
your convenience thereafter, but no later than 30 days
thereafter.
